Why Nothing Seems to Work 🫠

You're not failing or missing something obvious. When you're overwhelmed or depleted, it's hard to know what will actually work for you, let alone stay consistent. It's not a disciple issue; it's that you haven't been given the right kind of support.

What's Different Here 🤝

I don't just give you a plan. I teach you the skills behind it.You'll learn the what and how of building habits, then we work together to apply it in your real life. We'll adjust as needed and move through obstacles so it actually sticks.Because real change isn't just knowing what to do - It's learning how to live it.

About Me

Summing myself up in a paragraph feels impossible... not in an egotistical way, just in a "I'm a complex human" kind of way (like most of us) :)But here's my attmept: I'm a dietitian, mom, partner, and human who is trying to juggle it all.I graduated thinking I had health figured out, and that I'd be the perfect example of it, but I quickly realized otherwise. I still reached for sweets, forgot to slow down, and struggled with consistency.Things didn't really shift until I started working on my mindset and building supportive systems around me.I'm not a picture-perfect version of health, but I feel more at ease in my own skin and continue building momentum.Take it from me: when you get the right support, create systems, and address the roots of your problems, you'll experience the HUGE difference that it makes.

FAQ: Quick Answers

1. What habits can I work on?

Anything related to wellness. Think: sleep, nutrition, weight loss, exercise, mindset, social/connection, emotional, etc.

2. What if I feel like I’ve already tried everything?

That usually means you’ve tried doing it alone. This is different — support, adjustments, and working with your real life is what makes change finally stick.

3. What do check in look like?

All check ins are done over Marco Polo for your convenience to check in when you are available. I will respond during my office hours M-F from 10 - 12, 1 - 3, and 7:30 - 8:30 (just on Tues and Thurs). Weekly check in where metrics are tracked and plan adjustments are made if needed. Daily check ins, are noting sticky spots that can be overcome or adjusted.

4. Do I have to track food consistently?

Food tracking can be a useful tool, but is not required.

5. What if I’m overwhelmed and feel hesitant to put another thing on my plate?

We start small and work within your current capacity. As you build momentum, your capacity/bandwidth grows.

6. Is this covered by insurance?

Insurance isn’t billed directly, but depending on what you are working on HSA/FSA may be used if it fits the criteria. Receipts available.
