I'm a dietitian, a mom, a partner, and a human juggling a lot - just like you. 🤹‍♀️My days hold work, parenting, house projects, community, and all the little things that make up real life. I know what it’s like to care about your health and still feel mentally stretched thin. 🪫That’s why follow-through matters so much to me. 💗When you learn how to follow through gently and realistically, it doesn’t just change food - it changes how you show up in your life. ✨
